QR table ordering for restaurant teams
Let guests send table orders from your Tablr menu. Staff can follow incoming orders and preparation status alongside the restaurant's service workflow.
From the menu to an order
Guests browse dishes, choose quantities, and review their order before sending it. A table QR code identifies the table; where needed, guests provide its number. They can add special instructions for the team. The order should still be checked by staff, especially when an allergy or substitution needs discussion.
Keep staff in the loop
The staff workspace brings incoming orders together so the team can follow their progress from new to preparing and served, or cancel an order when necessary. Agree who monitors the screen and who updates each status before using table ordering during a busy service.
Ordering is separate from payment
Sending an order through Tablr is not a card payment. Guests settle their bill using the restaurant's usual process. Keep a staff-assisted ordering option available for guests who prefer it or cannot use their phone.
