How Tablr handles data

Tablr is built for restaurant owners, staff, and guests. This notice explains the data needed to provide the service.

Essential cookies and browser storage

Secure, HTTP-only session cookies keep owner and staff accounts signed in. Browser storage may retain a guest's in-progress order and opaque order lookup tokens so previous orders can be shown on the same device. Tablr does not use advertising cookies.

Restaurant account data

Owners provide account details and restaurant content such as menus, images, social links, table configuration, and staff accounts. Guest orders are stored with the selected table, items, total, language, and service status so a restaurant can fulfil them.

Service providers

Tablr uses Stripe for subscriptions, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from automated abuse, S3-compatible object storage for restaurant images, and email delivery for account verification and password recovery. Turnstile receives technical request data needed to assess whether a submission is legitimate. Payment card information is handled by Stripe and is not stored by Tablr.

Questions and requests

Owners can export or delete their account from settings. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@tablr.gr.
